1. Eligibility:

• This offer is available exclusively to clients who purchase off-plan properties in Dubai through Signature Oasis by Modern Living (referred to as "The Company").

• Clients must be residents of Canada to be eligible for the promotion.
  

2. Tiered Offer Details:

• The tiered travel and accommodation offer is based on the following property purchase amounts:

• Clients who purchase properties worth 1 million CAD or more qualify for a 7-day trip to Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This will include 1 economy class flight, hotel accommodation during the stay, 1 Desert Safari Trip, 1 Luxury Dinner, chauffeur service.

• Clients who purchase properties worth 2 million CAD or more qualify for a 7-day trip to Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This will include 1 Business class flight, upscale hotel accommodation during the stay, 1 Desert Safari Trip, 1 Luxury Dinner, chauffeur service.

• Clients who purchase properties worth 3 million CAD or more qualify for a 7-day trip to Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This will include 1 First class flight, luxurious hotel accommodation during the stay, 1 Desert Safari Trip, 1 Luxury Dinner, chauffeur service.

3. Booking and Travel Dates:

• The client must coordinate with The Company to schedule the Dubai trip. The dates are subject to availability and must be booked within 1 year after the property purchase is completed.

4. Client Responsibilities:

• The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary travel documents, such as a passport and visa, for the Dubai trip.

• The client is responsible for any additional expenses not explicitly mentioned in the offer, such as meals, transportation, and personal expenses.

5. Non-Transferable:

• This offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed by anyone other than the client who purchased the off-plan property through The Company.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• In the event of trip cancellation or rescheduling, The Company reserves the right to determine if the offer can be extended or redeemed at a later date. Any additional costs incurred due to changes will be the responsibility of the client.

7. Offer Validity:

• This offer is valid for a limited time and may be subject to change or withdrawal by The Company at its discretion.

8. Legal Compliance:

• The client agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to international travel and property purchase.

9. Liability:

• The Company shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during the Dubai trip. Travel insurance is recommended.

10. Acceptance:

• By participating in this campaign and accepting the tiered travel and accommodation offer, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
